Make smoking history new web resource for community services in Western Australia

Date posted: 9 September 2015

Cancer Council Western Australia have launched their new web resource, Make smoking history: for community services, which provides information and support for people who work with at-risk groups to start the conversation on quitting smoking.

The Make smoking history: for community services highlights the vital role health workers, volunteers and community services play in offering ongoing support to help at-risk groups quit smoking. The web resource does this by providing examples on how to start the conversation to quit, where to refer people as well as displaying real stories from the quit smoking sector.
