Alcohol and other drug treatment services tender released, expressions of interest sought by NT Government

The Northern Territory (NT) Government Department of Health is seeking expressions of interest for a new tender, which will allow the provision of alcohol and other drugs residential rehabilitation programs, or sobering up shelter services in Berrimah, NT.

The Department of Health's Alcohol and Other Drugs Directorate has received approval relating to a cabinet submission for operation of integrated alcohol and other drug services from the Stringybark Centre at Berrimah. The expressions of interest are sought specifically for the operation of a 40 bed alcohol and other drug residential rehabilitation service, or a 40 bed sobering up service, to operate from the Stringybark Centre at Berrimah. Both services could be potentially applied for by applicants.
