Effectively Engaging with Aboriginal Clients

Overview

The aim of this workshop is to build trust and respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Hosted by the Western Australian Council of Social Services (WACOSS), the workshop will highlight the value in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous people working together.

This half day workshop will build on what is offered in communication and connection methods in previous WACOSS workshops. However, this workshop aims to further establish effective communication and cooperation between service providers and their Aboriginal clients.
