Understanding Primary Prevention [webinar]

Overview

The Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF) is hosting a Local Drug Action Teams (LDAT) webinar about understanding primary prevention.

The ADF believe that preventing a problem before it emerges is, in essence, the underlying principle of the Local Drug Action Team program. Further, that primary prevention strategies strengthen individuals, fosters healthy connections between people and helps to build stronger, resilient communities.

Robyn Ramsden (Drug Education Consultant) and Geoff Munro (Alcohol and Drug Foundation) will examine primary prevention and look at how communities can build up protective factors and reduce risk factors around alcohol and other drug harm.
