Smoking Cessation Course

 

Overview

Target audience: Health professionals

Course summary: This two day program uses an evidence based model and is based on best practice guidelines. The course aims to give health professionals the knowledge and skills to treat and manage nicotine dependency to help people addicted to smoking to quit. The program skills participants to be able to work effectively one to one and to conduct smoking cessation clinics.

Some of the topics covered in this course will include:
