Weave

 

Description

Weave is a not-for-profit community organisation that supports disadvantaged and vulnerable young people, women and children and families, in the City of Sydney and South Sydney areas. Weave's broad ranging services and programs work to empower people experiencing issues such as mental health problems, homelessness, substance use, trauma, and poverty, to make positive change in their lives.

Services include:

A large proportion (66%) of people who access Weave's services are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
