Kununurra Waringarri Aboriginal Corporation

 

Description

Kununurra Waringarri Aboriginal Corporation (KWAC) was set up in 1979 as a resource centre to service 23 outstation communities and three town reserves in the Kimberley region of Western Australia (WA). KWAC runs a number of programs promoting social change including:

KWAC is also a local partner in assisting with the rollout of the Federal Government's Cashless Debit Card Trial.
