Description

The Centre of Research Excellence: Indigenous Health and Alcohol seeks to create the best opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to find solutions to alcohol problems through research.

The Centre aims to do this by:

The Centre builds on years of strong relationships between the research team and community controlled health services in several states and territories of Australia. Through these approaches the Centre aims to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to stay strong and secure, and to reduce the harms from alcohol.
