Grass Roots Solutions

Overview

Grass Roots Solutions, with offices in Darwin and Palmerston in the Northern Territory, is a mobile service that visits local Aboriginal town camps on a daily basis.

Outreach workers engage with families and provide them with assistance and information on available services, including alcohol and other drug assistance. They also provide transport to these services and assist with access to programs.

The aim is to ensure children and families benefit from available services in order to achieve long-term health and lifestyle benefits.
