3M FASD Prevention Strategy: Marulu, Mass Media and Midwives

 

Overview

This program aimed to implement and evaluate community designed Fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) prevention strategies for the Fitzroy Valley and surrounding communities in Western Australia.

There were three elements to the program:

Partners in the research program were; Nindilingarri Cultural Health Services, Fitzroy Crossing, WA and Marninwarntikura Fitzroy Women’s Resource Centre, Fitzroy Crossing, WA.
